Faculty Position in Systems & Behavioral Neuroscience at Drexel University

The Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy at Drexel University College of Medicine invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor.

We seek a SYSTEMS/BEHAVIORAL NEUROSCIENTIST whose research utilizes contemporary physiological, molecular, and/or imaging techniques to address fundamental questions related to monoamine networks, peptidergic pathways, cognitive or sensorimotor function, motivated behavior, or psychostimulant drug actions.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Neuroscience or a related field, a record of excellence in neuroscience research and publications, and demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a funded research program that complements existing areas of expertise. The successful candidate will join a productive and highly collaborative faculty and will participate in graduate and medical education. Salary, start-up funds, and other considerations will be consistent with a commitment to recruit, support, and retain exceptional individuals.
